Watching the Golden State game and hear my pager chirp so as I walk toward the front of the house I see yellow flashing lights outside (this can't be good). I open the door and.....
There was not enough room in front to pull out so figured I might was well snap a picture in case I need the city to pay for a new bodykit and stood there until the guy finished up. Thankfully it was a 5 minute job. I was more interested in seeing him maneuver the crane through the maze of cable wires connected to the pole.
(And no it wasn't a fool moon out, that was a reflection of one of the yellow flashers)
No damage done, the diesel is what set off the alarm (went off again as he pulled off) but definitely not something I was prepared to see when I opened the door...lol
No none at all, his arm barely came out of the box, even the light was blocked from falling by the edge of the box, lol, trust me, I looked. The guy was very thorough and I told him so.
lol, nah, they were fixing the street lamp since certain members like to come over to my block and work in the dark and leave little 'puddles' behind....

Nah, the kit didn't work out so had the TTE lip molded in completely and a fresh paint job and a couple of other goodies but it's still a thought...

Yeah I was stunned when I opened the door and made a mad dash back inside to find the camera.

Kids are the least of the problems on my block, Soup can tell you, my block is a 'racetrack'. As soon as you turn the corner everyone just seems to 'open up', add that to a major bus route going through the block and you end up with:
Damn! New paint job did I hear??? How much did that sucker cost you if you don't mind me asking? $2-3K??? I wish I could throw some fresh color on my car...now's not the time though...
