As far as I know the only product for programming our ECU's are from Jet performance. You send in your ECU...2 days later you get it back via overnight re-flashed (programmed). Supposed to be good for 30 hp or so @ the crank...

heres the link the guy gained 16 hp and 42 tq
if you want more get an srt HFI/ECU check for sale section.
and if thats not enough get the SS headers but make sure to add weld to problem area and you should be good.

doubtfull. I've never heard of anyone that has re-programed the timing or vvti stuff on stock ecu. that is why there are no chips you can buy.

tuning with a safc is as close as you can get.

Question for you guys...if the reprogram of our stock ECU is "impossible" then how does the "famous" SRT piggyback ECU work wonders...so I'm told. I'm pretty sure that the Jet Performance thing is legit, it's just that no one is willing to try it yet with our cars. I don't think it messes with timing at all...I think it deals strickly with AF ratios like SRT's piggback ECU does.

Do you lose low end throttle response/torque with an SRT/ECU combo in exchange for higher end HP?

Also, how much louder is the SRT/ECU combo during normal driving and WOT?
