Navigation Problem
Hey Im New To This... I Just Bought A 2000 Gs400 Two Weeks Ago And Lowered It On Tein Cs Coilovers And Put 20's On It...Now My Navigation Isnt accurate anymore...Has Anybody Ran Into This Problem?

mine does it from time to time and then miraculously the next morning or so it snaps out of it. I am hoping the upgrade would fix it. Maybe someone else who has had this problem and done the upgrade can chime in? BTW I dont have any tint and I have the problem.

I have a 99 GS 400 with HDD based Nav and I installed the latest update about a year ago. Maybe I have just been paying more attention lately, but it seems like the updated nav is a little less accurate than older version it replaced. Some times, it is right on, other times the car's position on the display is about 2-3 seconds behind the actual position. So, when the display shows me at an intersection, I have already passed it for a couple of seconds. I talked to my Lexus tech and have done the recalibration routine but it still varies from time to time.
Personally, I don't think the update will take care of any accuracy issues you may be having. At least, the upgrade didn't do anything for me on that score.
