navigation problem

Default navigation problem
hi everybody well heres my problem i bought a 2002 lexus rx300 with navigation about a month ago and the navigation was working fine until one day i turned on my car and it said no disk inserted so i went to the back to check if my disk was still in there and it was but it still says no disk inserted. can anybody here help me solve this problem

Since I dont have nav, so I am not qualified to answer your question.

But

For electronic problems, some times re-booting works ... disconnect the battery for about 1/2 hr.

i tried that and it didnt work but i opened the navigation unit and when the dvd spins it stops

Choices seem to be:

Go to your trusted dealer.

Or

post in the CL electronics section. Other models share the gps system and you may have better responce there.
