Exclamation Navigation lost?

Alright, so I had my car for about 2 months now. I keep having a problem with my navigation. It seems to "lose" me and either i have to reposition it or it picks up on its own. Sometimes its off by a block or two as well, not much minded. The other day i took a trip to Pennsylvania, and according to the Navi i was Upstate NY! . Does anyone else have this problem? Has anyone been able to resolve this problem? Any suggestions would help.

You don't have tint on your car do you? Metallic tint to be more specific? If so, remove it and get non-metallic tint!

If you go to the mode where you can set the timing (where the arrow follows you) to the revolutions on your wheel, you can probably update it there. Lower it b/c it's probably too high! Mostly would occur if you have upgraded your wheels. If not that, i dunno.

maybe someone else can explain it better, but you get there with the process of: car in on position, and then on off on off on with the daytime lights.

Please clarify, which mode? and what exactly the procedure is to get to it.

It's the services mode. You can go there by hold the Audio and Climate at the same time, then, while you holding down the buttons turn on and off the parking lights couple times, that will take you to the services mode. However, this is only for the time you don't get any GPS singles, the NAV calculates the speed of car and "Trying" to figure out where you at. This only apply to the time when you DON'T see the "GPS" icon on your NAV.
