Just got my GS
What up fellas? Name's Ryan and I'm coolin over here in new jerz. just bought my GS about a week ago, so I figured that I'd introduce myself. I got a 98 GS300 with 105K pearl white with tan guts. Got a good deal on it, at least I think I did. 11,700. It's in really good shape. There were 2 previous owners. Justhad it checked by my mechanic and he said that there is nothing wrong with it. Pretty excited. Have had many cars in my day but this is my first Lexus. So far, I love it.
It's stock for right now except for a wood kit that the previous owner installed. When the spring comes I'm going to drop it about an inch and throw some 20" rims on it. Here is a pic of my ride....
Need a little help deciding on which ones.

do yourself a favor on the rim selection... give it a bit, really. What you'll look at now is so much different than what you will look at in the next 6 months. Watch the boards and see what the different setups look like.
Trying Derrick at D2 is a good idea too... he'll help you with some nice wheels.

Welcome. I always wanted my GS pearl white, and when I was buying my GS, there was not one pearl white GS400 in CANADA at all !! within 6 months. I was even willing to go down to Florida to get one. In the end I got a silver one, I am also very happy with it though
