Default 2001 GS300 Key, Lock or Electrical problem??

Recently purchased a 2001 GS300. It's a fantastic car, but a problem has surfaced. Last week I went to lock my doors with the remote key and all the windows and sunroof opened. I put them up, exited the car and tried to lock again with the key fob, but this time nothing. I have no keyhole on my door, which I just noticed, so I couldn't lock my car. After driving home my key fob locked the car. This same thing happened again today. I wouldn't be too concerned except that with no keyhole in the door I can't lock my car. Any ideas as to the problem?

Well, if the remote is rolling down all the windows and sunroof....then you must of been holding down the button or something. Holding the unlock button for 2-3seconds will roll down the windows and open the roof. Now, if it's doing it to you while you hit the LOCK button then there might be a malfunction with your remote. Did you try to change the batteries to see if that will fix the problem?

Just picked up some new batteries today and going to give that a try. I am wondering why the Key Fob wouldn't work to lock the car after I put all the windows back up. It was just like a dead Fob, even my spare wouldn't work. But after I drove home it worked fine and so did spare.
