Question about alignment and pics for new rims
hey guys,
Here is a pic of my car lowered with Tien springs and 19'' Lexion rims. I have a quick question, after I installed my rims (from oem to aftermarket) I notice that my car would jerk to the left sometime while driving and braking. Is this because I went from oem wheels to 19" after market wheels? Do i need an alignment or is it something else?

well i would check balancing, alignment, and most of all, torque specs on the lug nuts. I learned from another member that the torque specs do make a difference.. The balancing is way off when they come from a wheel shop already mounted.. You would be surprised how off they are.. Good Luck

no, everything was fine until I installed the rims. I had the tiens installed with stock rims, and that seems fine...Im thinking the 19'' must of messed up the alignment somehow, I dont know, i guess I will find out tommarow when i bring it to the body shop lol
with the 19's you have rubberband like sidewalls which are not forgiving with road crowns and ruts get a alignment done , make sure you have your rear settings on toe showing 0 of the thrust angle , alot of shops wont pay special attention to the rear thrust angle but our gs is super sensative to the rear wanting to steer the front also make sure your total toe up front is under 14deg also make sure castor is 7.6 to 7.4 if not your castor arm bushings have to much flex in it
good luck and happy motoring
