Default Anyone else with this problem?! (pics inside)

I just realized that my plastic trim is coming off on edges of the handrest column. The car has 100k miles and I live in FL. Does anyone else have this issue and how do you fix it and where. I thought this is the way it should be and I thought wow, Lexus missed this in their quality design, until I saw someone elses car.. help!!

Probably just heat, get the windows tinted perhaps. My guess is it wouldnt go back into place without some VERY strong glue and some sort of clamp to hold it in place until the glue fully sets. gl

Gorilla Glue and some makeshift bracing made out of PVC tubing and fittings.

Apply the glue and set your bracing and let it set overnight = $20 fix.

I went to 2 upholstery places and they said no glue would hold this hard plastic together and did not want to fix it.. What do I do? I am not handy to do it myself, like BossSC300 said to fix it. Shop told me to get new panel from Lexus?! Has anyone see the Garilla Glue and PVC brackets work? This panel looks like crap and cheap if I leave this that way.. Anyone knows a place in Orlando area that had something like this done?
