H-LP CLN fuse missing?

hey guys .. tried to search and found nothing

what does that H-LP CLN 30A fuse do? because it seems to be missing and I have no idea if its supposed to be like that or not .. thanks guys.

H-LP stands for headlamp, guessing the CLN might mean cleaner, as in a headlamp squirter or a wiper system neither of which are US Spec.

good info was lookin for a spare 15A fuse (because my air compressor blew the power outlet fuse) and saw the space and did a google search on the fuse name and it led me here... thanks fellas

Hello , please what does that H-LP CLN 30A fuse do? because it seems to be missing and I have no idea if it's what is what is causing mt battery to die. plus the ALT fuse in my circuit is missing..Lexus IS 250
