PUT some LIMO TINT on it BRO!!!
I almost got the Blue, but I got a Steal on the jade...I really wanted Silver, but the wait list with the Nak package was 2 months and full MSRP. I paid Invoice

Dexter looks real nice.. I've noticed most Spectra Blue cars were ordered with the Ivory Interior.. Check this thread on tint that Diesel posted a week ago for some ideas on a tint if you go that route..

Yep. I'm already thinking about options for small mods like tint. Probaly 33% smoke all the way around. I'm pretty sure that's the darkest you can go in NC; see here for your state:

that's kinda what happened to me. Only one they had when I called was a jade with NAV package. Next silver/black with NAV is 2 more months with full MSRP.

Some guy decided to get his deposit back on his silver/black/NAV the next day I went in, and I had to grab that at MSRP plus alittle discount.

LOVE THE BLUE BRO!!! I was really hoping to get that color but by the time I was ready to buy the GS they didn't make it anymore!!! In 2000 they stopped makin the GS4's in Spectra Blue Mica.... However, I think they could've been purchased as special order??!?!

I ended up with Millenium Silver Platinum Edition... Still WISH I had the blue but I'm still happy with my ride....

save the money for the rims and get blue paint.

Now if Globe can DIY exterior paint work on your GS Justin then he truly would be the KING of DIY mods..

SuperJoe is nipping at his heels thou..

As for the special order of the Spectra Blue on the 2001 model that is a negative.. A buddy of mine tried in September of last year to get such a beast but they told him no way.. Hmmm.. Wonder if I could start a bidding war on my 2000 GS and make a little money on this car.. Sorry greed side just kicked in.. :eek:

Blue Onyx Pearl is the available blue for 2001.......hard to say from paint chip in brochure, but appears considerable darker than Spectra Blue Mica.

LexDriver, some suggestions: hold breath till turn blue (this may not be best option); shades with blue lenses (not as cheap as suggestion #1, but easier to implement on long term basis; blue gift wrap........
