Low Tire Pressure Warning anyone Make?

I was driving my GS430 on the Florida Turnpike going about 80 in the rain and I felt a vibration coming from the rear. It did not seem to bad and I was near the Lexus dealer and had him quickly check it out. It turned out to be a nail in my 17" tire and it only had 10 pounds left when he tested it! Brought it in just in time. Dealer does not patch flat so I had to bring it over to Firestone. But I was wondering if anyone made an aftermarket low tire pressure warning so I don't have a blow out at high speeds etc.

ceoart - Check out www.tirerack.com , I am 85 % sure they have one . I remember seeing one in there catalog's awhile ago .
