umm..... most body shop they can just provide any screws and/or adhesive for you. i am not sure if it's worth the trouble for all this?

I had my tte installed by a shop using the screws provided with lip w/o the adhesive. shop said it was unnecessary. it didn't hold up for 1 day after a few scrapes. it was hanging down and not fitting snug. i then added the adhesive provided with lip. this stuff was useless. i then used quick setting apoxy. this was useless. after all this, i was convinced that the 5 screws and adhesives were not enough to give me the piece of mind (and snug look) that i needed. i resorted to drilling appx 10 holes up through tte and oem bumper and screwing in 10 screws (3" flat head screws) to hold tte lip to oem bumper. this worked perfectly...no visible sign of screws....tte lip is not going anywhere unless i rip my entire front bumper off

My bodyshop used polyurethane, which is the same thing used to attach and seal windshields to the car. That sucker is going nowhere and I've hit it a few times. I am actually afraid it will not come out if I ever want to sell it. The screws are in there too but only for additional support.

I'll probably do something like this...but I don't know what to do with the Dodge Ram part. I wanted to give it back but I didn't hear it from Darrel yet.

how about silicone, will they help as adhesive?

and from my memory, i think you have to sorta clean up the area that you have to adhere and take away all wax?
