Tte lip problem

Default Tte lip problem

Any idea on how I can secure it permanently?

I used a strip of double sided tape, black windshield epoxy and screws underneath and two on each side [ : ]

thanks, I used the 3m double sided tape only perhaps with epoxy glue will work..

I tried the tape., it failed after a few washes. Tried the Epoxy and Gorilla Glues, still had issues. Betatech adhesive is the only thing that finally did the trick for me. Same with the JP Rep spoiler. I ended up also screw/bolting my tte on though because it takes so much abuse

ive had the double sided tape on there for years now. never failed. you gotta really clean the surfaces that youre sticking it to.

stuff works amazingly well but if you plan to do any other add ons like spoilers or anything id plan to do them all at once, that sausage is more than you'll need for sure and its only got a shelf life of like 6-8 mo.

you need to use screws....it was designed to be screwed and 3m taped on. I wore mine through and it never came off even after I hit a curb

^^^yup, ripped my entire bumper off (at least one side) while backing into a parking space caught a little dip. Lip Didn't budge yet I had to remount the bumper....lip is pretty shaved from the underside too hahahaha

im looking to get a tte lip here soon ive seen alot of good reviews on the ebay ones. Where can i get good mounting hardware for them plus the 3m tape? Was looking at this one.
