Default Memory button on door doesn't remember seating position -only steering and mirrors

Weird... did I change a setting or did something break 'partially'. It's weird to see electronics only break partially, though. You'd figure it would either work or it would.

My seat's position can be adjusted easily as always via the buttons, so can the mirrors and steering wheel... but when I go to adjust back to my memory #1, it only adjusts the steering wheel and mirrors. Not the seating position. I tried again getting my perfect settings and then setting the memory button same as I always have; then moved everything around a bit. No dice, it set everything back to the memory settings except the seat.

So is there a setting that allows you to change only the mirror and steering wheel position via the memory button, or did some weird glitch occur?

Weird... I just went out to my car again right after posting this to play around with it a bit more; thus reinserting my key, but only minutes later. And everything worked again.

Hmm. Are you doing all this while in Park? Also, when you program the settings are you hearing a beep?

Yes, I was in park, and yes I heard a beep. Everything was normal except the seat wasn't moving.

Was pluto aligned with Mercury?

Glad it all worked out on it's own. That would have bugged me.

Interesting point... would that make a difference? I don't see why it should though... if you're in park then you aren't going anywhere anyway.

You and your silly logic.

I just tried it: the seat will not move when your foot is on the brake, even if you're in park.

Procedure:
Put car in park.
Move seat away from memory setting.
Depress brake.
Push memory button.
Seat doesn't move.
Release brake.
Push memory button.
Seat moves...magically.

edit: btw...have you sold your daizen sways? I'm told that's what I need to properly complement my L-Tuned suspension.
