How to 'forget' seat/mirror memory when unlocking car
I programmed my key fob to set my mirrors/seat/steering wheel when I unlock my car. When I unlock my car now my mirrors slightly adjust which knocks them out of whack to where I want them. Every time I get in, I have to re-adjust my side mirrors. I want to 'forget' these presets so they won't move when I unlock the car. I've read that you can reset seat presets by moving the chair all the way back then all the way up and then back again but how about the unlock memory functionality?
Bonus: My seats/steering wheel squeaks when adjusting long distances. Any advice on a fix/grease for that?

With only one key inside the running car with the doors closed...
To trigger the memory when unlocking you press and hold the #1 (or 2,3) button and then press the inside door Unlock button till you hear a chime.
To remove the trigger you simply press and hold the "Set" button while pressing the inside door Unlock button till you hear the chime.
The OP symptom however would seem to be solved by just adjusting the seat, wheel and mirrors and "re-setting" them. The key trigger will
now move everything from the easy entry position to the chosen driving spots. You can change anything and memorize it without losing the trigger.
As correctly noted by the OP, this only works when the door(s) unlock, we don't lock our car in the garage so none of this happens.
The partial technique that Broncosi began to describe "...all the way back then all the way up and then back..." is called "initializing" and can restore
functions after a prolonged disconnected or dead battery. Also can restore Auto Open/Close windows and Sunroof if they lose their minds.

To clear the unlock memory adjustments, when I push and hold the unlock button inside the door panel and the set button with the car running, there is no chime. Are you sure it’s not with the car set to accessory rather than on/running and the unlock button on the fob rather than the unlock button on the window panel?

1000 pardons, did not read the model generation header on this thread...
for 2011 and earlier GS's you perform the steps with the car turned Off.

Terrific, have you discovered the Remote Window Roll Down? Press and hold the key fob Unlock when approaching
the hot, parked, locked car. The windows and sunroof will begin to open, release to stop partially or hold till they are
completely open. Great for venting a hot car. No, the Lock button will Not close them...might catch a hand or head
while closing!
