Another suggestion, but unlikely, does your neighbors drive a GS or own a LEXUS that may come in close to your frequency? Just an idea.

At the time our neighbors across the street had both a GS and an SC. So you may be getting somewhere on that point. I would be shocked though to find out that a company like Lexus can't properly manage frequencies of keys.
