I've been able roll down windows and open sunroof when unlocking and then do the opposite when locking by holding the key in the unlock/lock position (another cool *** feature of the GS).
I've heard somewhere that this can be done with the remote too, does anyone know how?

You can roll the windows down / open the sunroof on a hot day with the remote key by pressing and holding the unlock button. You need to hold it until the windows are fully down - you let up and it stops.

There is no corresponding 'roll up' feature from the remote. You have to do that from the driver's door as you mention above.

heh heh, that says it all for me!! Try doing a search on "cool features" I think. There is a bunch of other stuff this car does that you would never think of.
