Johnny,

It's the way the exhaust is installed / fitted that drives how it aligns, not the bumper.

My L-sportline with Borla the way it was when I first put it on.

I had it extended a bit when I put the new tips on:

You can get your exhaust moved in & out. My require some cutting & welding, but any good muffler shop can do it.

You should PM Dee to see if he did any additional mods to his exhaust. The L-Sportline bumper does extend farther so any exhaust (L-Tuned, Borla, CarsonTuned, ...) made to fit the OEM bumper will be recessed.

If you look at D2's car with the L-Sportline rear and exhaust (very long), you see the exhaust sticks out a little but it was designed for that. Imagine the L-Sportline exhaust on an OEM bumper.

yeah, a lot of time exhaust doesn't work too well with the body kits. just get a muffler shop and they can do a good job to make it looks nice

Does anyone know if this bumper hangs lower than the stock one or is it basically the stock bumper with a hole cutout? It's hard to tell from the pics. I just ordered the L-tuned aero kit and will probably look for bumpers to match up to the side skirts next.

It is everything more than the OEM one. LOL.

It sticks out farther at the bottom (so you'd need a longer exhaust piping) and it is lower.

It is definitely not the OEM with a cutout.

Question

I have a stock exhaust and considering the L-Sportline rear. If the L-Sportline rear is lower and sticks out farther, will it block the stock exhaust making mods absolutely necessary? Or can I install the body kit and make exhaust mods later?

Everything will fit fine. Your exhaust tip will just be recessed into the bumper until you can lengthen it.
