rear window- how to undo childproofing?

rear window- how to undo childproofing?
my rear windows go down about 90 percent before it stops- i believe its to protect young children from accidently jumping out the window or something. other cars like camry's and accord's have the same thing with their rear windos. i was wondering if you guys could help me out and tell me how i can undo this option so that all my windows go all the way down? is there a way to override the option?

Every GS I've seen does this. I would classify it 'as designed' rather than a problem. Of course I'd prefer they go all the way down too

that's why during car shows, we just row down the front window so it "aligns" with the rear
