Rear Ended!!!!

I just got rear ended today by some idiot in a toyota celica the older body style like 91-92 there was no damage to the paint at all and my bumper still looks the same the only problem now is that I have 2 screws sticking out of the back bumper ( his liscence plate holder screws ) it kinda looks funny because it looks like someone took 2 screws and rammed them in backwards into the bumper there are no cracks or nothing just 2 perfect circles
does anyone know where I can get a new bumper or does anyone have a body kit and want to sell there stock rear bumper my car is black I'm running low on cash thats why I would prefer to buy a used one and preferably from you guys since I know all the cars in this site are in excellent condition and if no one has one do you know where I can get one for cheap or should I just go with an after market one?

Did you get a police report? I feel like since he hit you, his insurance should pay for a new bumper or fix your old one.
But if you still insist on buying one you can always check with Steve .

he doesnt have insurance which realy pissed me off so I took all the money he had in his bank account and some of his girlfriends too which only came out to $200 but I felt bad for him and I said that will do since he is a college student he needs all the money he can get I know how he feels college sucks they take all your money

have you thought about a small amount of body filler and getting some touch up paint? if it is that small I would go with this. why spend 200-700 on a new bumper...I think Bondo runs $4 and touch up paint $7. just trying to see a quick fix w/o costing you an arm and a leg
