Yes, I have the seat adjusted all the way down
I think my torso is average for my height; I have a 34" inseam. I like to sit with the seatback pretty upright, 'cause I have a bad back. I'll figure something out. I've had Recaros and Flofits in other cars, but I don't want to ruin the aesthetics of the stock interior; it's too nice.
I read bananags' mods, and all the others I could find, regarding DRLs. Nothing definitve. I sent a PM to a guy who says he's defeated them in his sig, but haven't heard back.
The Flowmaster Y is a universal 2-into-1 that's very well done. They're available in a few different inlet/outlet sizes. I've used them before with great success, but I was wondering what the downside to removing the front resonator is, if there is one.

Welcome to ClubLexus! I love the 540i-almost bought one but decided on the GS instead (NO regrets
)
I'm surprised nobody has suggested simply driving with the sunroof open all the time! Unlimited headroom!!
When your hair starts to get a bit ...uhh..."thin"- you won't have anything to worry about anymore

I've never heard of anyone defeating their DRLs before, but I don't see why it couldn't be done. My question is "why"? Whether or not they enhance safety is debate-able, but I don't even think about them being on so I don't mind one way or another.
