Hi,

I ordered a Power Stop Rotor and Brake Pad kit (Front) from Rockauto. It includes two rotors and one brake pad. I would like to know if the brake pad is only for one rotor or two rotors. I assume it would be for two rotors but just want to make sure to minimize downtime.
I know it sounds weird asking this info on this forum, but I could not get answer from its Help section page nor getting it through telephone customer services which the company does not provide.
I would appreciate info from those who bought similar item from this vendor. Thanks

 

Rock Auto is pretty good at providing pictures which show exactly what you are buying, in your case two rotors 4 brake pads, plus clips, grease and some rubber boots.

 

Depends on the item description. You will get a full brake kit for both sides, or one side. If one side, you add two to the order. It is possible you got an extra rotor.

 

Also, look at the pricing. In a kit the individual pricing of the parts will be about about 5-20 per cent more than the kit.

 

Chuyrobles, Tried that pricing logic but could not match the exact individual parts with the kit.
Lex2K, The picture shows two front views and two rear views. I initially though that will be four pads or good for two rotors. However, it could also mean that the rear view is being shown just to indicate the model # of that front pad which i just interpreted as two pads. Hence my clarification question.

it is Power Stop Part # KOE 1077. Complete kit is 125.79 USD.

also ordered Power Stop Part # 17771 (17-771) for rear brake pad only . One set at 22.79 USD which i assume would be for both sides.

Your order looks fine to me. You have a full set of front pads and rotors, and a full set of rear pads.

Chuyrobles, As I see it, the pix on your link has the same components as the Rockauto link. Anyway, Rockauto has shipped the order with ETA jan 15. Will post the items once I received it. Thanks for the input.
