Guys,
I'm a little late with this question as I have my rotors. I note they are of the Chinese extraction. Shiny enuf to be SS.
Can the rotors contribute to brake squeel due to the alloy from which they are cast?
I have always turned my brake drums and rotors and only that if they were heavily groved. Board chatter here suggested that the rotors did not turn well and that many warped with heat after being turned. Comments? People that turned with good results?
Thanks, I'm sure a lot of members can save a buck with this info.
