Default shifter

Hi, all. I have a 98 GS400. I have a problem and i'm gonna do my best to describe it: Basically the little black plastic trim at the bottom of the shifter **** that moves when you move between gears just fell apart and kinda disappeared and a little plate thing is leftover. Does anyone know how to fix this or replace?
Here is a pic. In red is what's gone.

Thanks.

I replace this earlier this year. Search for the gear shift cover on eBay then use some of the DIY threads on this site to replace

Yes it’s simple. Pop off the ashtray, center wood trim then pop off the shift cover and replace.
