Gas Cap Door Wont Open
Good morning,
Has anyone experience this issue?
I can hear my Gas cap clicking and will pop open but Im starting to experience the Gas cap door not opening .
Any advice or thoughts be Appreciated.

Are you referring to the gas cap? Or the gas door? The gas cap should click a few times when u fully tighten it. If your having trouble getting the gas cap off, then it’s probably just worn out and needs to be replaced.
If your referring to the gas door not opening then it could be the the cable has stretched over time? Or it could be the latch needs to be adjusted. If you are having trouble getting the gas door to open, you’ll find a manual release in the trunk, behind where the gas door is located, u can always use that to pop the door.

I ordered a new spring to pop open the door to the gas cap.
