Default starting problems

wassup everyone ... I'm still kinda new to this forum thing, I've been a member for a while now but haven't really signed on to much just browsing as a guest really. I've always been a sceptic of online forums. Me an my brother own a shop repair shop with a dyno and never really had problems with car issues but now it's our own car that's giving us problems. I recently did a head job on my 93 GS300 put everything back together, I mean everything , cranks ,sparks, gas, you name it its all back on. But won't start ... I've check everything but still no start. But one thing I did find was a burnt out green relay box underneath the steering. Replaced it and check everything from there still no start. Anybody have similar cases pls give me some insights on this. Thank you

This is going to sound crazy, but i am going to assume that you are saying it is a start issue because it will not turn over at all like a dead battery symptom? If that is the case i have had a couple issues over the year even with a brand new battery you have to tighten the terminals up completely! If you leave them semi-tight, its not a enough. That may not be your issue, but in SCCA and a couple other times on my is300 even putting a new battery in i was like wtf Starter went out? THis is a new battery, all fuses seem ok?

Other than that could be some type of failsafe from the alarm/limp mode maybe?
