Default 2gs front upper control arms really do fit !

Finally a definative answer. Everyone is always asking if the 2gs front upper control arms fit the 1gs. Well I tried a 1gs arm on my wifes 2gs430 today. Voila a perfect fit. Im trying to upload photos now but my picassa album is being a bit*h

To start with there is some inexpensive foreign/AM parts available on fleebay already. Im still leaning toward making my own, but with the wife PO'd at me for using her GS430 as a mobile office, I think I may need to just get some in the meantime.

so now the question, are there any companies offering 1gs adjustable upper control arms for less than $300 per side?

Not that im aware of. Ikeya formula makes some dope parts, but they are a little pricey

Did you notice if they were the same length? might be a cheaper stock replacement!!

As the say a picture is worth a thousand words, the proof is in the puddin' etc

2gs


the rusty arm with out the ball joint is from my 94 and the other is the 02' arm








And hopefully this will be the show stopper. The 94' arm in the 02' body

Yea they r adjustable would resove the camber issues!!!!!!!
