There is no code 4, but there is a code 44.

Code 44 TRAC is open or short in NE signal circuit.

NE is the speed signal.

THANKS A MIL KAISER.... NOW THAT ITS DIAGNOSED, HOW DO I GO ABOUT REPAIRING THIS???? AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME???? ALSO IF REPAIRED, HOW WILL MY CAR PERFORM????

ok i got my car back, my mechanic told me the gas was in the oil, whatever that means "thats was the issue" , thats why the engine light and TRAC light was on, i think 94GS300 nail it on the other post but thanks Kasir 4 all your input and everyone else with the same issue, now my B!@#$ runs soo good hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

ok i think i have the same prob as everyone else ..i cranked up today after leaving taco bell and the CEL was on and the TRAC OFF light wont go off...sooooo..wat exactly shoulld i do ...imma try and get the codes for ..i just wanted to make sure if i was doin it correctly ..so its one end of paper clip in tc and the other end in e1? and turn ignition on and count the blinks
