No need for a Lexus tester. Do you have a check engine light on?
yes both engine light and TRAC lights are on, im hoping a tune up will kill that shaking engine issue, the fumes of the car also a new problem

the fumes are nothing, it was a funny smell, but maybe it was a passing car, i ddint smell it today so that problem is gone, but the engine shakes badly, i left the doors open n it shoke the snow off, the TRAC n Engine lights are still on, the car fells like its gonna shut off, but dosent, also i pop the DTC, to check 4 lights or beeps, but it looks like its jammed up with peanut butter, i'll take shots later, n see if someone know what the hell that is

Peanut butter = dielectric grease. It will function normally.

The reason I ask more about the fumes is that rough idle and white smoke are symptoms of a blown head gasket. The tell tale sign is white milky fluid in the oil or coolant.

When was the last time the cap/rotor and plugs were changed? The wires are aftermarket, did you put them on?

It must be a huge PIA doing diagnosis in that much snow. The next step I would take is to pull the plugs. You can pull 4 of them pretty easily without removing the tb. They should be dry and be a creamy coffee color.

yes it is an PIA, cause its COLD up here, im not sure how long its been but its been a while for the wires/cap/rotors, im 90% that will solve alot of the problems, 10% maybe motor mounts, other then that, i have no damed clue, but i will pull them in the morning

are the cats blocked up?? (as a result of the previous missfire issues?)

Thottle postion sensor issue? (result :load/timing not in snyc)
Camangle sensor issue..could be throwing false signals because the timing belts jumped a tooth or two? (see above)
02 sensor screwed.. ? tempsensor messed up?

id bet its a timingbelt tension/jumped timing or a blocked pre-cat.

Let's try a more focused approach and get the error codes.

My money is on a bad Karmen meter.

i think i found the reason that my check engine is ON and my trac OFF. the reason is that i have a whole on my exhaust manifold that i need to replace, and it's on the rear manifold, and the oxygen sensor is rite there so i thnk that was causing my problem. what do you'll think?
