Default Pre-swap base line Dyno numbers

Im building a GTE motor right now and wanted to do a baseline to see where im at. I was only expecting 155-165hp. I did much better than I expected. Wierd results though.
I made three pulls, only two of them printed out for some reason.

1994 GS300 with 178k on the clock with all original parts, bar the timing belt and water pump.
I have a greddy airnix filter and JIC spartan titanium/stainless exhaust. Stock timing.

EDIT: Watch the video http://youtube.com/watch?v=ULmeJeKmyUk The numbers below are what printed out and are really wrong

First run with silencers in and power mode off
180hp and 189tq running a 13.7afr so I backed out of it
Next run with silencers out and power mode off
183hp and 195tq running a richer mixture of 12.6
Last run with silencers out and power mode on
177hp and 200tq running an even richer mixture of 11.7

Decent I think.
Oh and this was only a Mustang dyno.

On a Mustang Dyno? Did they charge per hp? Are you reading the spike for your torque number?

You can run that lean on a NA car. For a large part, boosted cars run the extra fuel to help cool the air charge. It looks to mean that the numbers you gave are definately spike numbers. There is still a lot of useful data there. Just find the peaks without the spikes and use that number for your baseline. Even so, they are great numbers for a Mustang Dyno.

Not to sound like an *ss but why are you careing about the baseline numbers? When your planning in putting a gte motor and that's a different ball game right there. I could see if you were adding IHE, and an ecu upgrade then baseline numbers would make sense. Here your swapping out a 225h.p motor for a 280-320h.p motor w/boost it's a world of a difference. Good luck w/the swap though.

I was just curious what the car was laying down. Ive had this car for 7years. I've owned 16 cars and none of them for more than two years. This car has run flawless for me.
I want to be able to say I went from a car with 180hp with 178k miles on it to 560+hp or there about.
