Fuel Pump Replacement Pictures
This was about as simple of a job as any car I've worked on. Hope this helps someone.
Take the panel off and you'll see cap for the pump. That glue is some sticky stuff. I used a hammer and a putty knife to cut through it. Then used a pry bar to slowly lift it off without bending the panel.
In this picture you can actually see the pump down in there. take off those three bolts and the carriage comes right out. japaneezy!

I think maybe you should look..Remove your back seat and the padding thats behind it.You will see a black plate that is held on with 10mm bolts(I think).Remove this plate and the pump is right there..the picture you posted is the the tank seen from the trunk..Also I have had my 93 gs300 for 5 yrs..
