Default gs 300 subframe

anybody know where i can get a subframe for a 93 gs . my wife drove over a raised manhole and bent it. it still runs but the lower engine mount is offset so it's rides very rough. also can't get a good alignment. the dealer wants 2 g's for it but the whole car probobly isn't worth that with 200k on it. any help would be appreciated

Mitch,

Welcome to ClubLexus, sorry you had to have such a big problem for your first post.

I've moved your post to the first gen GS forum. I suggest you PM CL vendor "Aliga" who has connections that might be able to help you out.

Default the moral of the story

if at all posible never let your wife drive a nice car. because they will find a way to crash it. i love her but she can't drive to save her life. every car she has driven on a regular basis, she dingged or crashed. on our mazda she hit someone in the back, on our suburban, which has 4 wheel drive, she spun it around and took out someone's mail box. on the lexus she drove over a raised manhole lid and bent the subframe. what a brother to do. i can't drive her around everywhere.
