Default Seat Removal

In a effort to get my car back to %110 i've decided to remove the seats for cleaning. There is so much **** jammed in the rails and stuff like that from the previous owner. I have to 6 way adjustable or whatever It is if thats a problem. How hard is it to remove or do I just unscrew it and take it out?

Thanks.

Success! Thanks for the help

In addition to enough spare change to retire off of I also found about 10 french fries and a wad of taffy (which is strange cause i don't like taffy and no one has ever eaten in my car)
