Default Removing 2nd Row Seats

Good morning,

I enjoy that the seats fold up, but I would like to take the double back seat out and just leave the single jumper seat. Has any taken the seats out? Is it Hard? Is it easy to put back in?

Cool,
Thanks,
LAW

Actually I just did this to buy some more space for our christmas road trip - it was straightforward. I tipped the seat forward, separated the plastic clamshells and then its 4 bolts to remove. The seat is heavy (i'd guess 40-50lbs) so the hardest part is just maneuvering it. Have not re-installed yet so can't tell you about that

Can you take a picture of the seat bracket that attaches to the floor? Especially, I need to see how the seat "stay/strut attaches to the floor bracket. My strut is broken and I cant figure out how to install the new one. I need to find out if there is a pin or the ball is part of the bracket. Make sense?

Appears to be a pin.

Thanks. I cant figure out which pin and the local Lexus dealer didnt know. He thinks its 72206B, but I am not sure. Could be 72745A?? The strut/stay part I have is 71305A.
I was wondering if the bracket 71302D had a stud with a ball end. I believe the strut mounts inside the bracket 71302D

I think those are both to hook the seat to the floor not the bracket. Mine only has a pin that goes one way

Ahhhh...Thanks so much. So I do need the bracket. I assume the pin and ball is part of the bracket correct.
How tough would this be to change?
