My mother has an Gateway that i had used before i gave it to her. We paid 1000 Dollars for it used quite a few years back. It works great, but we are looking for a smaller computer because we are running out of space. I am asking $250 for it.
Sorry bout the flash i'll get a better pic. It is an LCD (Not Tube) flat monitor, no burnt pixels either.

Respectfully,
Computers are sold according to the CPU chip type and speed, memory amount and speed, operating system installed and of course with the complete operating system certificates / re-installation Cd's with drivers. Additionally, any special video or sound cards installed.
You should download and run disk software like "Jetico "BCWIPE" to erase the existing disk image. This writes 1 and 0's over the entire disk, in several ways and several times. Then, reinstall the windows software, updating with Microsoft update function. Never a good idea to sell a system with the existing image load. There is search software that will seek out any credit card number sequences you may have copied into your software, even if erased and the disk is defragmented.

The thing is, we let our friend who works with computers to fix this one up. By fix up i mean he reinstalled Windows XP Pro on it (before it ran 98), and he installed Norton Antivirus with firewall protection also. I dont think we ever put any credit card info on the PC, but i can try to delete everything i have, however when it comes to putting in a brand new operating system, i dont have the CD since he did it. It still updates, just we dont have any backup CD's or anything with it.
Specs for it are:
Intel Pentium 3
447MHz
192MB of Ram
Radeon VE DDR GPU
12.6GB HD.

For reference, last year I sold a Dell XPSR400 desktop PC. 400 MHz, Pentium 3 chip, 128 MB RAM, 10 or so GB HD, CD-ROM, ZIP internal drive, Windows XP, and all the software goodies (incl. MS Office XP). Included a 17" Dell CRT monitor, keyboard and mouse. Originally asked for $175, but all of this went out the door for $125 to a former co-worker. Very fair price IMO.

I consider being less than 2.25 inches deep being flat panel? Or is my interpretation of flat panel mistaken?
