Tesla made it, or whoever they hired made it for them. This was the opening for the Cyber truck launch

 

It is an excellent and very well-made video. It's Grand Tour quality footage and a great product launch video. In all fairness, though, it doesn't actually show the CyberTruck doing anything you couldn't do in many other vehicles.
