I looked into what the foundation series included and it looks like:
"“As an early reservation holder, you are invited to order your Foundation Series Cybertruck, which is fully optioned and includes limited-edition laser-etched badging, premium accessories, charging equipment with Powershare home backup hardware, all-terrain tires, Full Self-Driving capability and more.”
Assume FSD is 12K like on other models and it's 8K for an early VIN plus the stuff above. Inclusion of the powershare stuff is interesting
Edit: completely missed Hameed's post above with the actual list
My order is in. I ordered the all wheel drive foundation series. Too soon to get any idea on build dates etc. The caveats are that the MSRP is the amount I would have paid for a non-founders Cyberbeast which is what I originally reserved , there's stuff on the Founders Series that most probably I wouldn't have ordered (like FSD), the key specs on this one are closer than I would like to the specs on my Lightning, but the biggest one is that every time my wife sees one of these, and we've seen them in person as well as on TV etc, she makes it crystal clear that she really doesn't like the design and she is not going to be happy about one being on the driveway...

Congratulations! Looking forward to your review, ownership experience etc!
I'm confused about this point - "The caveats are that the MSRP is the amount I would have paid for a non-founders Cyberbeast which is what I originally reserved".
The foundation series is $20k more to begin with. How is the version you would have bought without FSD the same much?
I originally reserved a tri motor, which is now the cyberbeast, back in 2019. The loaded MSRP on the AWD with the mandatory founders series extras is the same as the future base MSRP on the cyberbeast. In other words, what you have to pay today to get the AWD version will get you the cyberbeast at some point in the future.

Got it.
For some reason I just assumed the foundation series is on the tri-motor version, not the dual motor version.
