Elon went to China for a thing don't see that posted even though it dominated the news cycle.

Tesla is not dissolving their entire SC division more fake news. Short sellers can burn in hell it should be illegal.

Negative news will always travel faster. It is what it is my man. Look for new opportunities to buy in if you're bullish and keep it moving.

I wrote it off to bull headlines but Elon just wrote on X how they will slow down new locations but expand current ones.

That does not sound good.

Do you think Tesla is slowing down expansion even though data shows they should be doing the opposite? This keeps happening, headline says X everyone runs with the story essentially saying Elon is purposely doing the wrong thing.

Twitter is in an incredible example of this.

Well it does look like they are expanding current locations. Several charging sites I visited this weekend now have double the chargers they had last year. One of their biggest sites, Harris Ranch added a whole new side, all the chargers still have white covers on them

Vast difference between negative news sells and people here posting negative news.

Is this being done even though in reality there needs to be an acceleration of charging sites and stalls? I know you're not going to answer but this in fact a critical bit of data.

Those who have not lived and worked in Silicon Valley have no idea what brutal capitalism is all about. I love it here.

I've been working for startups in Silicon valley since 2001, and if you want to see raw capitalism at it's most brutal... c'mon down! I've seen well funded startups reduced to ashes, and companies on shoestring budgets work to the bones and get bought out making overnight millionaires. One company I was supporting went through three brutal downsizings before getting back on track and being bought out by Saint Jude.

Risk is high, but rewards can be higher. Love every minute of it

This is my favourite reply
I don’t care what Elon says. The Supercharger team was doing a phenomenal job. They have nearly 100% uptime already. They have negotiated incredible deals with utilities that no other DCFC networks have been able to get, they get prime locations for Superchargers, have developed the modular format install, and superchargers were honestly one of the main reasons people in the past have chosen Tesla over the competition. This is not a good decision. Elon has gone off the rails with these decisions recently. You can be all for Tesla and still call out bad decisions when they happen. This is a bad decision.
Knowing more than Elon disease. The guy that put together the "phenomenal job" team suddenly has zero idea what he's doing.

In California there is a ton of chargers and charger locations, in more than one year of traveling back and forth I've never had even a one minute wait for an available charger. The cutbacks are not unusual, the biggest cash burn is people... the higher the level, the higher the burn. And in times where there are slowdowns, you cut back. Sounds cold, but that's reality of doing business
