Map Update
Has anyone run into the same issue when trying to update the map? I have a Dynamic Navigation subscription and the first screen confirms the map update service is active. Maybe the map is current and no update is available? Sure, I'll call the dealer, but it would be good to know if anyone else has had the same issue.
Seems I can update the map...
This is what happens when I press "Update Map"

Dynamic Navigation is using the 3G signal to discover and suggest route changes because of accidents or construction.
The Map Data within the Navigation system itself is static (in this case 2018-03-01) and can be updated for a fee.
You have pressed the menu button that the Lexus Tech would push while the TechTool is connected and the
Licensed Update that was downloaded to it begins to transfer to your car. No TechTool, no update is possible...

I keep getting the message in the picture asking me to install the update. I have tried several times and it states update successfully completed but when I start my vehicle again it shows up. I really haven't had time to play with it but I will probably just delete the Enform app in hopes that fixes the issue.

Kalel2127 is getting a different error message, download Lexus App Suite 2.0 to your phone and
when the car is running and your phone is paired and connected it will automatically update the
LAS 2.0 program in the car. Your car knows a lot...your phone knows more, LAS 2.0 connects them.

I have tried that several times and for some odd reason when I start the vehicle the message still pops up, very annoying. I'm very tech savvy so I'll find a solution over the weekend.

You don't need to update the maps except maybe every 5-6 years.
The only time I've ever bought a map update was when I had my 2003 ES300 and it was when it was 5,6 years old. Now that I lease, I never have any need to update the maps

I had this message too -- and, in conventional UI designs, that wording implies "broken"... So, going to the dealer in February, the service tech invited me back to the bay. I reproduced the error message and he went off to do some research.
His first word of wisdom was that the quasi-English wording "not possible to complete..." doesn't mean 'broken' -- in Lexus / Denso speak, it means "can't do it."
Although mine was the first 2019 ES300h that he had seen (training occurs after they have the first cars sold?), he did confirm that there were no updates at that time and the literature confirmed the over-the-air updates would happen.
The service techs, sales and customer constituencies had to un-learn the years of "go in and buy an update" training. The update subscription negates the 'buy an update' -- however, he also said that there did not appear to be any feedback on the user screens about when the updates are applied and giving the vehicle owner any confirmation that their subscription did anything. .
...a marketing upsell problem for another day in a few years...

Did I misunderstand? I thought they were going to update the maps for this car for 3 years.
