CD player

Different sources give different answers. I’m in Canada and have a 2023 ES300h on order and wondering if it still has the CD player ? Thanks .

On second glance I'm not sure anymore. All the promotional images on the site show the updated center console area with what appears to be a disc drive, but there is no mention of it anywhere. Maybe check with your dealer?

My 4-week-old 2023 ES 300h has no CD player. It has a spot where it looks like there might have been one.

Are you in the U.S.? Hoping it might be different in Canada, if not I have to throw out some old cd’s.

I am in the US, maybe you'll be lucky and get something else in Canada.

I noticed my manual says that only Canada ES hybrids have the trusty nickel metal hydride hybrid battery (6.5Ah vs only 4Ah for US!), so there are some differences.
