strange, come to think of it, i have never used my cd player.
what dealer are you using, and how has the experience been. they are both owned by the same people/or company.

Your cd player appears to be faulty. Head to the dealer.

Yes,
We purchased brand new in 2019.....

We have had 2 CD player replacements ....it is now August 2020 and the CD player is doing the same thing.
Load a CD and it just makes a clicking noise and will not read the CD.
Same BS as before.

Try not to use the same cd disc, might be the disc that make the unit go bad that what happen to mine. After 2 head unit replaced i throw the disc and never used. it all good now. The dealer said they will buy my RX if it happen again.
