Hey Guys,
I have a 2019 and I'm trying to populate the Seed Number in order to acquire passcode for Key Programming. As you can see below, my car doesn't populate the regular 96 Character Seed number. Instead, it populates the Data 1, Data 2, Data 3 codes.
Is there a way to get the Pass code with this data?
I believe 2019 + Es Plus the new toyota and Lexus vehicles on TNGA need to get a key code from server whenWhile a dealer Techstream is connected to their server. This ties the mac address of that key to that VIN in Toyota global database. Thks is to prevent the thefts they have had on the older gen cars and trucks.

For those interested in more details about key programming, the's a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) L-SB-0014-18 Rev2 Smart Key Immobilizer Reset and Add/Remove Key that shows the procedures the dealers' service technicians follow. (Page 24 of the linked pdf is where the steps to obtain a passcode from the TIS server [as [color=#222222]toyotaman7 discussed] starts.)
I'm looking for the same code generator, do anyone knows a site? Thanks
According to the Toyota/Scion/Lexus Technical Information Service web site, "public" access to "Key Codes" service is restricted to Security Professional or a Keycode TIS subscriptions which also requires"...you must be a current member of the NASTF Vehicle Security Professional Registry".
From the NASTF’s web site's Vehicle Security Professional (VSP) program description:
The VSP account allows locksmiths and other vetted professionals to securely access key, immobilizer, and PIN codes through the Secure Data Release Model (SDRM).
While that restriction may seem like a big pain in the rear for honest people, the restriction makes auto thieves' task a little bit more difficult to steal your vehicle.
