Good Afternoon ****!

At this time, there is still no special ordering. Lexus is still having a very hard time fulfilling it’s previous obligations and they do not see that changing until possibly 2023, though I’m not sure it will take that long.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any other thoughts or questions you may have!

Have a great day!

What region are you located in? The reason why I’m asking you is because all the local Lexus dealerships that I’ve visited in the last 1week have all told me that special orders have reopened now for the last 2 weeks. However, special orders have reopened for only the ES and the RX models. Not for anything else. I wonder if the region that you live in will reopen special orders for the ES in the next few weeks just like did you here in the northeastern USA region just 2 weeks ago.

I am in the central region but this info is based on national production. Please refer to my previous posts regarding the difference between true special orders and changes to already allocated vehicles in a dealer's pipeline where the specs for that build haven't been frozen. Keeping in mind that the interpretation of what a special order truly is could be why there is confusion.

Okay. I’ve been thinking the same exact thing like what you just said here. That what some people in here are referring to as special orders are really already allocated vehicles or vehicles “to be” allocated in a dealer’s pipeline where the specs for that build haven’t been frozen. The interpretation of what a special order really is can be confused with people thinking that the allocation pipeline to the dealers where the specs haven’t been frozen for the build could be confused and interpreted by people as being a special order.

Thanks. My special order has been placed and I am going to make a personal visit to my dealer next week to confirm the codes. In the meantime do you know what the following codes refer to? They are very hard to read so hope I got them right.

Is there a list somewhere of all codes for 2022 ES350 L and UL?

Thanks, I did not think final pricing was available until the car is delivered.

Those other two codes must be for the intuitive parking package and the alloy wheel locks? There probably isn’t one for the cargo net.

Cargo Net - GN

I will have to get this squared away with my salesman when I meet with him this coming week. He had a copy of my exact build-out and we went over it several times. Too bad they use codes instead of words!

Thank you so much! So I guess they don’t use codes for the alloy wheel box and the cargo net? They have everything on there except for those two items which I requested.

Do you have the "preferred accessory package", it includes the cargo net, wheel locks, trunk mat, and rear bumper applique
