Car Damage
I told you I had always heard the same as you and even know of people that have been clients for over 20 years and first claim had a difficult time with them. I was expecting a difficult time with them and got a totally different experience. For me to reply to your remark do I work for them necessitates no reply.
. Just sayin...
I'm glad you've had a good experience. Customer surveys suggest you're one of the lucky ones.
Did I miss something? 48 responses and no explanation as to how a dealer destroys a new vehicle requiring frame sections replaced. Did it fall off a lift? Did a tech drive it into a wall or another vehicle? That dealer better make it right and I would be trading for a new Ultra Luxury immediately. Just my 2pennies.

IMHO the OP’s holding all the cards and might have to play it tough, but I don’t see how that ends well for the dealer if lawyers or the media get involved; unless we somehow signed a hold harmless form without realizing it when we left our vehicles for service. This wasn’t just a scratch if welding and bodywork were needed. Plus, dealers usually have their own insurance to cover stuff like this.
Even if the OP gets a new ES at no additional cost, that doesn’t undo the frustrating experience and wasted time.

We are still working out the details and will keep you posted on any updates.. Thanks for all the suggestions and your support and mainly understanding the pain of this situation! Totally appreciate it.
