Auto headlight sensitivity
Actually, you can set the switch to 1 as scubapr mentioned, which turns off the headlights at least.
But the rest of the lights like tail lights, licence plate lights stay ON.
Another annoyance is that the Navigation system especially Android Auto keeps going dark and bright with that Auto sensor system in Lexus as I go under a small bridge.
You could change Android Auto setting so that it doesn't turn the night mode I guess..
Turning headlights ON and OFF automatically in this Lexus seems to be really sensitive.
My previous car (non-Lexus) wasn't this sensitive, it would only turn on if the car has been in the dark for more than 3-4 seconds.
Wish it wasn't that sensitive.
I guess my older car was a little slow to detect the light change.
Lexus's auto sensor is too good haha

+2 is actually worse...
+2 means very light, I didn't even need to go under a bridge, it kept turning the headlights ON and OFF more frequently which is really annoying.
I don't think there is any way to turn the headlights off completely right?
It is either manually ON or AUTO.
There is no manual OFF switch right?

I am seeing same on my 2021 Lexus ES250, auto headlights is so so so so sensitive. I have tried to change in settings -1, -2, 0, +1, +2 ... i never noticed any change in functionality, always stays so sensitive. Sometimes i turn on this feature to ON while driving in the city / my neighborhood and they turn on, when its not even that dark
If you watch for the "Green Lantern" icon on the dash to indicate the Headlights/Taillights are actually on you may discover that the brief dimming of the main screen
when passing into darkness is much quicker to activate both dim and then return to brightness than the external lights. The mains don't come on for 10 or more seconds.

Dimming of the screen is also annoying though. It is not that dark outside and it dims and I cannot see the screen which defeats the purpose.
That setting should have been expanded I think. -2 to 2 range isn't enough. Something like -5 to +5 would have been better and more occurate.
