Made appointment early this AM at Lexus service! Ty all for your fabulous feedback.
I only have 6,497 miles on my '23 ES 350 & I'm already noticing very rough vibration from the engine compartment. While I was in the driver's seat, I could see no red warning lights, but I was so concerned that my husband wanted to check out underneath the hood. At that point my husband started sharing my concern, as the first thing he noticed was the grill vibrating & a very distinct fluttering noise emanating from the engine compartment. It was at that point that my husband told me to immediately turn off the engine so he could look under the hood for anything obvious. While looking into the engine compartment, he noticed a spatter of presumably engine oil adjacent to the oil filler cap. At this point one would think the cap was loose, but upon testing, my husband found that it was snug!
*Since it's Sunday, I'm not expecting any help from the Lexus dealership service dapartment, so I thought i'd ask anyone here if they had ever heard of such a thing on such a low mileage 2023 Lexus ES.
**Any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated... thanks in advance. What looks to be oil spatter adjacent to the engine oil filler cap.

Reason: Update...
My 2007 ES 350, new, had developed rough idle vibrations. Turned out to be a bad motor mount. Dealer replaced it and all vibrations were gone.
Assuming your oil level is correct, that oil looks like someone was just messy. Did you just have the 5,000 mile service?
No oil change (thus, no oil to spill) during 5,000 mi. service.
Wonder if they're sure the oil hadn't been there for a time prior to the vibration and not simultaneous with advent of vibration and, therefore, probably unrelated to it.
Maybe sentiment in recently purchased fuel causing the vibration.
...While I was in the driver's seat, I could see no red warning lights, ...
FYI, not all of the warning lights warning of a serious problem are colored red. For example the check engine (or "Malfunction indicator lamp" as the owner's manual terms it which is a stylized engine icon with the word CHECK under it) is yellow and the "Master warning light" (an equilateral triangle with an exclamation point inside it icon) is yellow. Depending upon the problem and its severity, those warning lights could also be accompanied with a warning buzzer sounding and/or a message on the dash's Multi Information Display (MID) regarding the problem.
I'm assuming you would have mentioned anything out of the ordinary in dash warning lights regardless of color so take the above as a general information comment.
My 3.5 V6 had a rough idle at about 12 months of age.
It would cause the whole dashboard to shake.
It was caused by a dirty oxygen mass sensor.
Lexus cleaned under warranty, and never troubled since.
Read RKF's note above again. Your car is under warranty, and the problem is a serious one that can have many causes. Take it to the dealership and they should be able to diagnose and fix the problem - no charge.
Also, more than the posters here, the mechanics there have just about seen everything and know where to look.
