Unhappy spooky audio system

I have 2021 ultra lux hybrid with intermittent issue. Whenever audio is on and the road is a little bumpy most speakers except one (almost consistently driver front side) will cut off and then sometimes it will even pause the music (as if I tap the pause button). It almost consistently happens at low speed near certain specific point close to my house. I could reproduce this with Bluetooth as well as usb connection to my phone. I also tried with different usb cables. The symptoms are as if inside wire connections to many speakers might be loose but could also be the touch pad somehow being activated by bumpy road when it completely pause. I put up with it until 2 years service with dealer. They claim they could not reproduce. I believe their claim because it only happens with certain road condition.

My question is anyone else have similar experience with this? I did not experience this issue with my previous 300h with a less expensive audio system and I am annoyed that this more expensive system is not giving a better audio experience that is expected for the price. How can I get Lexus to look more into this?

As a 21 it is certainly a warranty issue. There must be a loose connection somewhere (especially if more than one speaker is affected) that is affected intermittently. Seeing as how all of that is buried in the dash or doors, I would take it to the dealer before you tried to take things apart on your own.

as i mentioned in my 1st post the dealer already claimed they couldn't reproduce. my question is on how to manage this complaint with dealer or lexus? should i call lexus directly? is there a regional manager that i can contact?

If there isn't, do it anyway.

Not to be smart alecky, but you keep complaining at every level until one responds properly.

There's a "chain of command" list of people/offices you can contact in your warrenty booklet if you believe your dealership isn't treating your complaint properly.

Update:

I was persistent with my complaint at the dealer at my next service. They indulge me by sending a mechanic with me to ride along the route where I know it happens. But of course, I could not reproduce the problem during the ride with the mechanic. They made software/firmware update and hoped it solved the problem. The update did not do anything since we experience the problem until I got the new lease.

We get the same spooky issue with 2023 RZ! It can't be the cable or the phone since we are with a new phone and wireless! Something about either lexus or mark Levinson or iPhone that ruins our audio experience. I doubt that they will ever find this problem.
