Default Personalized settings question (dlr programmed)

Hi all. Going in for my first service '23 ES300h Luxury and I think it was mentioned that there's a place to see the personalized settings listed that the dealer can activate. I did a forum search but couldn't find the spot.
I'm not going to mess with a scan tool, I'd probably be down that rabbit hole for hours.
Also, any recommendations on what to ask for would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance for replies,
Best

It's in the manual. I think it's in an Appendix.

I may ask if they can disable the passenger seatbelt warning (if they legally can do that). Our mailbox is some distance from the house but even if I keep it under 12 mph the warning goes off, becomes increasingly loud and is blaring by the time we get to the house. I'd like it to just be less aggressive like a normal car, but there isn't a setting for that.

You can get a copy of the personalized settings from the My Lexus Resources web page. Just select the Lexus model and model year and click the SUBMIT button to set all the links to the appropriate resources and then scroll down to the "LEXUS PERSONALIZED SETTINGS" section. Click on the "VIEW PDF" button to get a pdf copy of the "Lexus Personalized Settings" for the vehicle you selected. A direct link for the 2023 ES 350/300h/300h F Lexus Personalized Settings pdf. Unlike the settings list in the Owner's Manual, the pdf listing is organized by "Programmable by Guest [owner]" and "Programmable by Dealer" sections making it easy to mark the changes you want the dealer make. Print out a copy, mark it up with your desored changes, and hand it to the service advisor thereby reducing/eliminating misunderstandings about the changes you wnat made during your service visit.

P.S. In case it isn't obvious, the My Lexus Resources web page also has download links for pdf copies of the various manuals and other documents for your ES (and any other recent Lexus vehicle that you select).

I think the threshold is 10 mph. If you don't exceed 9 mph, you wont trigger the warning.

The 2019 Lexus ES350 Owner's Manual states specific speeds and times:
The driver’s seat belt warning buzzer sounds to alert the driver that his or her seat belt is not fastened. Once the engine switch is turned to IGNITION ON mode, the buzzer sounds for 6 seconds. If the vehicle reaches a speed of 12 mph (20 km/h), the buzzer sounds once. If the seat belt is still unfastened after 24 seconds, the buzzer will sound intermittently for 6 seconds. Then, if the seat belt is still unfastened, the buzzer will sound in a different tone for 90 more seconds.
There's similar text for the passenger and rear seat belt warning buzzer.

Starting with the 2020 Owner's Manual and all subsequent years, the text has been changed to omit all specific numbers and reads:
The driver’s seat belt warning buzzer sounds to alert the driver that his or her seat belt is not fastened. Once the engine switch is turned to IGNITION ON, the buzzer sounds. If the seat belt is still unfastened, the buzzer sounds intermittently for a certain period of time after the vehicle reaches a certain speed.
Likewise, the text for the passenger and rear seat belt warning buzzer has been purged of all specific numbers.

The 2023 Lexus Personalized Settings pdf still has "Programmable by Dealer" "xxx Seat Belt Reminder" "When the vehicle reaches 12 mph" settings for each seat position so perhaps the 2019 specific numbers are still implemented in the hardware up to the present model year.

I’ve been trying to turn off my 350 ES alarm for me drifting across the middle line in the road toward the other lane. It now no longer fights me if, for example, I drift into passing lane without turning on turn signal first.. But I still get the beeping alarm. How do I completely (though revocably) disable that alarm.

Unless you completely turn off the Lane Trace Assist (LTA) system (which is the only way to turn off the Lane Departure Alert (LDA) function) , you're left with the choice between the warning buzzer or steering wheel vibration [warning] when triggering the LDA function.

The operation conditions for the LDA function is found on page 190 of the 2021 Lexus ES250/ES350 Owner's Manual and states in part:
This function operates when all of the following conditions are met.
• LTA is turned on.
...
Unlike other functions of the LTA system there no Multi Information Display (MID) [vehicle] Settings menu item available that separately controls whether the LDA function is turned on or off.

So, if you really do want LDA turned off, use the LTA button located in the right cluster of steering wheel buttons to toggle the LTA system to an off state.

Personally, I leave the LTA system on, set the warning to steering wheel vibrate, turn off lane centering, and leave steering assist on. The steering wheel vibration warning is pretty low key and it quickly becomes automatic of the conditions under which to ignore it and the conditions where you really need to heed the warning. Since those functions operate in conjunction with the Blind Spot Monitor system, it is a good backup system to warn me if I've missed another vehicle creating a collision potential when I'm changing lanes. (Sure, I always check for clearance and signal lane changes but with all the seemingly suicide drivers on the road I'll use all the assistance available to help avoid colliding with them.)
