Default orange steering wheel message appeared

So the other day I was driving around and on information area above steering wheel saw a Orange steering wheel with maybe info about lane control flash up. I checked manual and find discussion of steering assist warning light however no picture to show what it looks like. Is this the warning I saw???

Yes, if you wander out of your lane, the warning will briefly appear. It's not on long so you will often not even see it. (this is an incorrect statement. See below)

I was incorrect in my statement. That light is not for the lane guidance (that is the little vehicle between 2 lines)
That warning light is for Electric power steering system warning light (P. 477) (for the 2016 model)
Electric power steering system warning light (warning buzzer) Indicates a malfunction in the EPS (Electric Power Steering) system Have the vehicle inspected by your Lexus dealer immediately.

I posted all of the warning lights in another thread but there is only one steering wheel alert. Are you talking abut the multi display area? There is a compass that looks like a steering wheel for navigation.

The only warning lights I have had show up there are oil change notification and pre-collision system but it says Brake. Not sure what else shows up there other that a triangle warning symbol.

Could it be the warning that your hands were off the steering wheel? I get that sometimes when I don't move my hands at all on a long drive.

that was my guess but I can’t seem to find any documentation that shows what that warning looks like, it’s discussed in the user manual but no pictures

So I managed to get that alert to trigger last night. It was a hands not on steering wheel warning. Seems to be triggered after about 10 maybe 15 seconds of not touching the steering wheel.
I was on a really smooth straight road and was checking the alignment when the alert went off.
